What time do I need to arrive?

Please check in 30 minutes before sailing time.

Where do we get picked up from?

Please see our map for pick up and drop off points. We have also included car parks that are close by.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

In heavy rain service will operate, however, if required, a later sailing can be offered.

If sea is too rough passengers will be offered an alternative/later sailing. If unacceptable, a full refund will be given.

What safety measures are adopted by Coastline Cruises?

My Girl and Enchantress are inspected by the MCA before the start of every season and have to meet rigorous safety standards.

Life jackets and raft are present on vessel at all times and crew trained in there operation.

Can I join cruise in Weymouth or Portland?

Our cruises operate from both Weymouth and Portland, so yes, you can join at any point.

Do you take dogs?

Yes well behaved, kept on lead and off seats.

Do I need special clothing?

No, but appropriate for weather and casual footwear.

Are there toilets on board?

No. Please be aware there are no toilets on board.

What Disability provision are there?

Access to vessels is via steps and over Gunwales so consideration should be give to this before booking.

DLA or PIP Carers allowance 50%.
